A leading Salesforce partner is looking for an experienced Solution Architect to work on a number of exciting client projects based in Dubai.

As the Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be responsible for the technical design and build of scalable, best-in-class solutions for our customers. Working across the Salesforce platform and other IT environments to help the commercial team in taking requirements and the Design team in consulting against and designing the solution for the delivery team to implement. Your responsibilities will be to ensure that the company is in line with accepted industry practices in terms of Business Analytics, Consultancy, Development, and Project Management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Help in their journey to provide World Class Consultancy, over an SI model
- Conducting workshop sessions with our largest clients to elicit requirements and provide solution design accordingly
- Turning business requirements into technical solutions and maximize client return on investment through leveraging industry knowledge, Salesforce expertise, and great knowledge around change management and Software Development Life Cycle
- Create key architecture documentation and deliverables and articulate complexity and technical solutions in plain English
- Ensure that at key project milestones the solution design is being met by the build team and is still fit for the purpose
- Definition and implementation of end to end system testing including strategy, documentation, and hands-on orchestration
- Providing technical expertise and best practice guidance to the wider team to mentor and support more junior consultants in their career progression
- Preparing and presenting knowledge shares to up-skill other staff
- Embed and help define best in class Software Development Life Cycle practices
- Update management team on overall projects, risks, technology issues and propose suitable alternatives
