Discovered have partnered with a multi-award winning UX consultancy, which is growing their experience team. We are looking for a UX Designer/Researcher to support a variety of end-to-end projects, delivering innovative solutions to product businesses and organisations. 

This role will see the successful candidate leading UX labs/workshops, delivering wireframes and sketches and collaborating with the wider team to achieve a common goal for clients. 

As a consultancy, the team are flexible and passionate about the work they conceptualise and create for their clients. As a highly reputable team, they work with some of the biggest product businesses in the Middle East. 

We are open to considering candidates that are interested in relocating to Dubai for the first time, or candidates that are already in-region. 

Responsibilities: 

- Develop Information Architecture, task flows, detailed storyboards and wireframes based on business & user needs, to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas Collaborate with UI designers and front-end developers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
- Identify research requirements at various points in a project
- Run exploratory or confirmatory research where needed
- Independently run workshops with stakeholders to gather business requirements
- Independently conduct competitive benchmarking, expert reviews, analytics analysis
