We’re working with a global fintech group in Saudi Arabia and looking to hire a hands-on HR Generalist to support their local setup and early growth.
This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys variety and ownership - covering day-to-day HR operations, compliance, and government-related HR processes within a fast-moving, regulated environment.

Key focus areas include:
HR operations, employee lifecycle, and HR administration

  • Saudi labor law compliance and policy implementation

  • Government relations, licensing, and coordination with local authorities

  • Onboarding, payroll inputs, attendance and leave management

  • Employee relations, engagement initiatives, and performance support

  • Supporting HR process setup as the business scales


About you:

  • In line with the national agenda we are looking for a Saudi national with 3–4+ years’ HR Generalist experience

  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR best practice

  • Comfortable working in a startup or scale-up environment

  • Hands-on, adaptable, and confident operating with autonomy

  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or regulated sectors is a plus
