HR Generalist
Job description
We’re working with a global fintech group in Saudi Arabia and looking to hire a hands-on HR Generalist to support their local setup and early growth.
This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys variety and ownership - covering day-to-day HR operations, compliance, and government-related HR processes within a fast-moving, regulated environment.
Key focus areas include:
HR operations, employee lifecycle, and HR administration
Saudi labor law compliance and policy implementation
Government relations, licensing, and coordination with local authorities
Onboarding, payroll inputs, attendance and leave management
Employee relations, engagement initiatives, and performance support
Supporting HR process setup as the business scales
About you:
In line with the national agenda we are looking for a Saudi national with 3–4+ years’ HR Generalist experience
Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR best practice
Comfortable working in a startup or scale-up environment
Hands-on, adaptable, and confident operating with autonomy
Experience in fintech, financial services, or regulated sectors is a plus
