We are hiring a UX/UI Designer to join a leading digital transformation partner working on a high-impact government programme in Abu Dhabi. This is a key position within a major public sector initiative that aims to improve operational efficiency, enhance citizen services and transform the digital experience for users across The Emirates.

As UX/UI Designer, you will play an essential role in shaping user experiences for a wide range of digital government platforms. You will work closely with product, engineering and business teams to ensure user-centric design is embedded in every stage of the development process.

Discover the responsibilities

  • Plan and scope UX projects across multiple digital platforms.

  • Conduct user research, usability testing and concept validation.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user journeys and personas.

  • Work in collaboration with developers and stakeholders during agile sprints.

  • Apply best practices in human-centred design and usability heuristics.

  • Contribute to documentation and maintain consistency in design standards.

  • Improve existing services based on research and feedback.

  • Translate business needs into simple, elegant design solutions.

Discover the requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a UX/UI Designer.

  • Strong skills in interaction design, wireframing and prototyping.

  • Experience working in agile product teams.

  • Excellent understanding of UX principles and user research methods.

  • Comfortable presenting design ideas to stakeholders.

  • Fluent English communication skills.

  • Based in Abu Dhabi or open to relocating.
