​Our client is a leading trading platform that is backed by one of the sovereign wealth funds in the Middle East.

Your core mission is to continually gather feedback from internal stakeholders and leverage it to create customer-facing platforms that are personalized and insightful. You'll work closely with internal engineering teams and external vendors to implement incremental changes to these platforms and ensure that customer and internal stakeholder voices are represented in product planning and prioritization.

Your responsibilities:

• Understanding the insights and personalization needs of internal stakeholders and using them to develop product features

• Identifying the insights and personalization needs of external customers through design thinking

• Analyzing user feedback, research, direct customer observation, and analytics to improve the user experience

• Supporting product development by managing the product backlog, acting as a subject matter expert, and prioritizing requirements

• Aligning the goals of development teams and internal technology stakeholders to ensure efficient execution

• Working with QA to ensure successful project delivery according to objectives, scope, and timeline
  
  

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in product management

• Hands-on experience developing technology products or features with a brokerage firm

• A highly analytical mindset and a proven track record of making data-driven decisions while also developing business intuition

• A structured and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving

• Demonstrated experience working with Agile development methodologies and releasing products bi-weekly

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to prioritize features based on customer needs and desires

• A track record of owning and executing product development through the entire lifecycle and end-to-end customer experience

• Experience developing hypotheses, gathering feedback, and conducting A/B tests as appropriate

• A passion for developing new processes and challenging the status quo

• A BS/BA in Computer Science or Engineering would be a plus
